SilkWeb was contracted for and completed a full SaaS LMS implementation, including course migrations, new course creation, LTI integration with the Paylocity HRM system using open API standards and webhooks. SilkWeb also developed and delivered user and administrator training including documentation, videos, elearning, and Face-to-face (via zoom) workshops. All personnel assigned to this project were SilkWeb employees based in the United States. All have decades of experience and related academic preparation completing like projects and well qualified for the tasks needed to bring the project to a successful completion.

SilkWeb was contracted to build an on-boarding program for Pepsi North America. Our audience included over 30,000 distribution employees including drivers, warehouse employees, stockers, sales persons, forklift drivers, and front line workers. During this engagement, our instructional designers helped identify the topic and goals, while our writers developed the storyboards with the help of client provided subject matter experts. We used Storyline and Rise to design and publish these learning materials. Once approved, the learning objects were translated (both text and audio) into Spanish and French.
